Put the cereal in a ziplock bag and crush it. A rolling pin works nice but you can use your hands, a glass, or anything you have handy. Pour the mixture into a large bowl and set aside.
In a medium-size bowl, add the eggs, heavy cream, vanilla extract, sugar, and cinnamon. Whisk until well combined.

Grab a slice of bread, drench it in the egg mixture and then coat with crushed cereal. Repeat until all slices are drenched and coated.
Heat 2 tbsp of butter in a large pan and cook French toast for about 6-8 minutes, or until the outside is crispy. Make sure to flip halfway.
