Chicken Salad with Honey Mustard Dressing

To Make the Salad
- 2 cups rotisserie chicken shredded
- 4 cups lettuce iceberg, chopped
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 cup diced cucumbers
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
- 1 avocado diced
- 1/4 cup real bacon bits
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
Honey Mustard Dressing
- 3 tablespoons Dijon Mustard
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- optional: salt and pepper to taste
Assemble the salad ingredients in a medium to large sized bowl.
In a small bowl, combine the ingredients for the honey mustard dressing.
