Doritos Chicken Tenders
With a crispy breading made from Doritos chips, these Doritos chicken tenders are a flavorful meal to enjoy with your favorite dipping sauce.

- 1 pound chicken tenders or boneless chicken breast, cut into strips
- 1 1/2 cups crushed Doritos
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Cooking spray or oil
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper. Lightly grease it with cooking spray.
Crush the Doritos into fine crumbs using a food processor or by placing them in a sealed bag and crushing them with a rolling pin. Mix with breadcrumbs if using.
In a bowl, whisk the eggs with milk.
In another bowl, mix garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Rub this seasoning into the chicken strips.
Dip each chicken strip into the egg mixture, then coat it evenly with the crushed Doritos mixture.
Arrange the coated chicken strips on the tray and bake for 18–22 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy
