Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1 cup blackberries
  • 1 cup blueberries

Instructions

  • Remove the stem from the strawberries. Cut the strawberries and banana into smaller pieces.
  • Blend the milk and fruits together in the blender until smooth.

Notes

  • Berries. Swap out any of the berries for your favorites.
  • Milk: Use your favorite kind of milk. You can easily make this a vegan mixed berry smoothie by using oat milk, almond, or soy milk.
  • Add greens. Add spinach or kale to sneak in some veggies and add some extra nutrients.
